App stays on open screen for 20 mins before app fully opens to the ticket page

Since the start of the year the app doesn't launch half of the time. Not fully compatible with android 12 (developer says it's still being worked on). Due to this I have missed a few buses as I've had to uninstall and reinstall the app to gain access to the tickets I'd bought
App often fails to open, have to try repeatedly. Last time I had to ask bus driver to let me on while I deleted then re-loaded app.
Often simply doesn't work, doesn't open, has to be deleted and downloaded again.. And this usually happens in a bus or tram queue.. Another Scoattish success
Problem with payment by card, problem with GooglePay
Only issue is the phone,and I think most people think it's the app
everytime when I need to use my tickets, I should delete and install again the app. otherwise it is not opening.
Stopped working for weeks.. have had to delete and reinstall. 🙄
Server connection keeps crashing. Also £5 minimum spend is ridiculous
